Mashfa Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality service to all our patients on time. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our providers and our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you hold a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. To be respectful of your fellow patients, please call our customer service on  as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least two days in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact our customer service on the customer service number  or the contact us form.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, before the appointed time.
If a patient misses an appointment without cancelling, we will charge the patient the total amount of the missed appointment fee.
If the healthcare provider cancels the appointment without providing another booking, users are entitled to a full refund
There will be no refund for late cancellation / No shows
